Trace a Razed Crypto Withdrawal

Timestamp each stage

Record request submission, any verification message, approval, transaction-hash appearance and wallet receipt. The elapsed time before broadcast belongs to internal review.

Network congestion matters only after a transaction exists on-chain.

Check address ownership and limits

Confirm the destination belongs to the account holder and matches the selected asset and network. Review the current minimum, maximum and any per-transaction ceiling.

Do not cancel and replace a pending request solely because another coin appears faster.

Use the transaction hash

After broadcast, open the hash on the correct explorer and check confirmations, destination and amount. A completed on-chain transfer should then be traced with the receiving wallet or exchange.

If no hash exists, ask Razed support for the current internal stage rather than contacting the blockchain network.

Escalate without exposing keys

Send the withdrawal ID, masked destination, amount, network, timestamps and hash if available. Ask what condition remains and when it will be reviewed again.

Never provide a private key, seed phrase or remote access; those are not payout-verification evidence.
